01Operator And Scope

DevClash is operated by FUTUREFORGE LABS SRL, Str. Ion Țuculeșcu nr. 8C, Timișoara, Timiș, Romania; registration J35/705/2024; fiscal code 49616330; EUID ROONRC.J35/705/2024. Contact: hello@devclash.ai.

These terms cover the DevClash website, desktop software, mobile applications and cloud/community features. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Before submitting community content, you must expressly accept the current terms and acknowledge that you have read that policy. Your account records the accepted revision and server-recorded time. A privacy-policy acknowledgment is not blanket consent to every use of personal data.

02Eligibility And Accounts

DevClash accounts and community features are intended for people aged 16 or older. You must also meet the age and legal-capacity requirements applicable where you live. If you cannot enter this agreement independently, your parent or legal guardian must authorize your use where the law permits. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. DevClash is not intended for children under 16.

The desktop app can track supported usage locally without an account. Mobile cloud and community features require sign-in. Use an email or supported identity account you control, protect sign-in codes, and revoke devices you no longer use. Do not impersonate someone, access an account without authorization, or circumvent an account restriction.

03Usage Information And Rankings

Usage metadata, token measurements and estimated costs depend on supported sources and available pricing. They can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate; they are not AI-provider billing statements. DevClash mobile displays desktop-synced usage and does not collect usage from other mobile applications.

Cloud sync, public-profile visibility and ranking participation are separate choices. Rankings rely on client-reported usage and do not certify skill, professional status, project quality or endorsement. Do not fabricate usage, replay records to inflate scores, or manipulate rankings or rewards.

04Build Credits And Community Features

Build Credits are beta community points. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not an investment or a right to payment. Eligible usage and community actions may earn or spend credits according to the rules displayed in the product. Review the cost, duration and requirements before confirming an action.

Virtual Travel, Launch Beacon, Builder Ping, Feedback Quest, testing exchanges, build circles and sessions facilitate community participation. They do not guarantee attention, replies, testing results, sales, employment or other outcomes. Virtual Travel joins another city's online community; it is not physical travel, proof of residence or a statement of your actual whereabouts. Beta rules, limits and feature availability may change, subject to mandatory rights.

Private conversations require the applicable invitation/acceptance flow. Other users choose whether to reply or participate. Do not send unwanted messages or evade declines, blocks, recipient preferences or feature limits.

05Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including project descriptions, updates, images, workflows, questions, feedback and messages. You give FUTUREFORGE LABS SRL a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process and display that content as needed to provide your requested features, follow your visibility choices, protect the service and handle lawful requests. This does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated use of your work.

Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not include credentials, another person's private information, confidential material or third-party work without authorization. Check visibility before publishing. Public content can be viewed and copied by others; changing visibility or deleting it cannot retrieve copies made outside DevClash. Keep independent copies of work you need.

06Community Conduct

The following content and behavior are prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, threats, hateful attacks, discrimination, or encouragement of violence against people or groups.

Sexual exploitation or abuse, content involving sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate content, or sexually explicit material inappropriate for this developer community.

Scams, deceptive identity or project claims, unsolicited spam, malware, credential theft, or attempts to compromise people or systems.

Unlawful content, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or unauthorized disclosure of personal or confidential information.

Manipulating usage, votes, reviews, credits or reputation; coordinating fraudulent activity; or bypassing security, moderation or blocking controls.

Use the available reporting controls for a builder, project or community post. In a conversation, Report Builder identifies the other participant; include a concern about specific messages in your report details or contact hello@devclash.ai with enough context to locate it. Never send account passwords or sign-in codes. Use Block Builder to restrict interactions with an abusive participant, and manage blocks in Settings. Blocking does not erase previously submitted evidence or resolve outstanding testing obligations.

Cristian handles DevClash reports and child-safety concerns for FUTUREFORGE LABS SRL through the monitored contact above. DevClash may review reports and relevant service records and remove or restrict content, participation or accounts where necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal obligations. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain a restriction and allow a response through that contact. These terms do not promise a particular moderation response time or guarantee that all objectionable content is prevented.

07Child Safety Standards

DevClash prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on its website, desktop software, mobile apps and community services. This prohibition includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion, and any content or behavior that promotes, depicts, facilitates or normalizes sexual exploitation or abuse of a child. It applies to profiles, projects, images, posts, requests, feedback and private conversations, regardless of the service's intended minimum age.

Use the available Report action on the affected builder or content to raise a concern. In a private conversation, use Report Builder and describe the concerning interaction. You can also email hello@devclash.ai with the subject “DevClash Child Safety Concern” and enough information to identify the account or content, such as its DevClash handle, project/conversation identifier and approximate time. Do not download, copy, forward or email suspected illegal material; report where it can be found instead. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. Use Block Builder to restrict further interactions. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency service or law-enforcement authority.

Cristian is responsible for DevClash reports and child-safety concerns on behalf of FUTUREFORGE LABS SRL and can be reached through the monitored hello@devclash.ai inbox. FUTUREFORGE LABS SRL will review child-safety concerns, restrict or remove prohibited content/accounts when identified, and handle preservation and reporting to competent authorities as required by applicable law. Child-safety information will be limited to people who need it for investigation, protection, legal reporting or service security. This does not guarantee that all harmful material is automatically detected or promise a specific review time.

DevClash is intended for people aged 16 or older who meet applicable local eligibility requirements. That intended minimum age does not allow prohibited child-abuse content and does not replace these safety standards. Contact hello@devclash.ai if you believe an account is used by someone under the minimum age or you need to raise a child-safety concern.

08Third Parties And Software Licenses

Supported AI providers, Apple/Google identity services, notification services, external project links and other third parties have their own terms and policies. DevClash does not control their availability, prices or external content. Connecting a provider does not imply endorsement. Separate open-source licenses continue to govern the components they cover, including the preserved upstream MIT license.

09Availability, Ending Use And Responsibility

DevClash includes beta features and may change or experience interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free measurements or a particular community outcome. You can stop using the service, disable future sync, revoke devices, export your account data or delete your account. Uninstalling an app does not delete the cloud account. Deletion and backup handling are explained in the Privacy Policy and at https://devclash.ai/delete-account.

We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for serious or repeated violations, account security, or legal obligations. Restrictions must be applied consistently with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections, requires mandatory arbitration, or sets a financial liability cap.

10Changes And Contact

Published revisions will identify their revision date. Material changes will be communicated where required, and a new express acceptance will be requested when a new community-policy version is enabled. You can decline by ending community use and retain access to the available account export/deletion controls. Contact FUTUREFORGE LABS SRL at hello@devclash.ai or the postal address above about these terms, content concerns or account access.
